i have been photographing weddings for almost 10 years, and i love how different every wedding has been. i love seeing how every little decision the couple made comes together in such a magical way - from the groomsmen's socks, to signature drinks, to portraits with their fur baby. i am here for it all! i am here for YOU. your day is important, and i do everything that i am able to make it as easy and stress free as possible.

i’ll arrive nice and early to settle in quickly, then say hi to everyone before i start shooting, see if you need anything, etc. i want to make sure that everyone (especially you) is 100% comfortable and pumped for the day ahead!
On your wedding day
throughout your day, i’ll be weaving in and out to make sure i catch every precious moment, including moments that went unseen. all the moments that make your heart flutter, and maybe even ones that you weren't able to witness yourself.
most importantly, i am there for you, to capture your magical day in a way that you will love and cherish always. i will do my thing and be creative and look for fun and unique photos opportunities, but it's really all about you and what you want.

drunk on love, joy and happy tears
for most of my photography career, i have definitely found my style and stuck with it. i try to keep colors as true to life as possible, because i think that is what showcases my photos best. but my heart loves a moody black & white photo. when i am deciding between an image being in black & white or color, i am artistically looking at the image and then choose what seems stronger or more powerful. i love capturing feeling and emotion, but i love when somebody looks at an image and says 'wow, i can feel the ___'.
you know when you look at an image and you feel something in your chest? a little heart pang? well that's what i love, and that is what i strive for at your wedding and in my editing.

you don't need any reason to set up a photoshoot with your lover. i love love, and all love is welcome here. plus, it's really fun! believe it or not - i enjoy being the third wheel. i encourage you to think about something that is meaningful to you and your relationship, and invite you to let me into that space. documenting love where it thrives is something else entirely.

getting married is about the couple, and if you want to have a small celebration with your family and best friends, i am there. or even just you two, it doesn't matter. it can be on top of a mountain in colorado, at a elvis chapel in las vegas, or on a beach in bali. i want you to have your dream location, because that is what makes your love and relationship so unique. i will happily travel down the road, or fly to another country. dream big, and then dream bigger.

i looove family sessions. people change so much, and kids grow up fast. like really fast. so documenting your family in whatever stage you are in, is priceless. time is the only resource that we can't get back or get more of, but at least you can have physical photos to hold in your hands and hang on your walls. that way remembering what your family looked like 2 years ago, 5 years ago, etc. isn't so hard.

aside from boudoir photography, this might be what i am most passionate about. heck, i love everything i get the chance to photograph but there is something so incredible about pregnancy, that cannot even be captured in a photo. but it's wild and exciting and terrifying. i love all the feelings wrapped up in pregnancy, and i love documenting that special bond between a mother and the child she carries. i've got tears in my eyes just writing this. if you are pregnant and reading this, you are amazing & beautiful & strong & brave. don't forget that. i would be honored to photograph you.

a new chapter
creative/collaborative portrait work fuels me. i love working with other people who want to create something different and fun. i photograph a lot of seniors in highschool, college grads, and i do a lot of headshots as well - for business or personal. everybody needs an updated portrait.

boudoir photos are so powerful. i am a huge advocate for every woman do one at least one time in her life, if not more than once. they absolutely do make a great gift for your partner, but they are so much more than that. boudoir photos are for yourself too. we live in a world full of criticism and play the comparison game more than we'd like. but i can promise you that you are stunning and beautiful! and your body deserves to be cherished and appreciated and loved. because it does so much for you and it's the only one you've got.
